Cancellation Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours' notice of cancellation is required. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by 12pm on Saturday. Deposits are non-refundable. By booking a service, you automatically agree to our NO REFUND policy. We closely monitor weather conditions and will reschedule your appointment within 48 hours in case of inclement weather. No refunds will be provided for our services. Any concerns regarding the service provided must be addressed within 24 hours. Personal Items: A_One Detailing bears no responsibility for any lost personal items. Please ensure all personal items are removed before your appointment. Hours of Operation: We accept online bookings 24/7. Detailing services are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Pricing Adjustments: Please be advised that all prices listed are starting prices. Should the serviced vehicle exhibit excessive soil or pet hair, pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Travel Fee: Please be advised we offer free travel within a 10 mile radius of our base location. A fee of $2.00 per mile will be applied if the service location is outside of the 10 mile radius. For example, if the service location is 15 miles away $2.00*5=$10.00 fee will be applied.
