Raised in an Afro-Latino household, Noe was instilled with the belief that success meant following a traditional path of higher education and a 9-5 job for decades. However, he charted a different course by enlisting in the military, a decision that shaped his journey and perspective.

During his 10 years of service, Noe gained valuable experience through various roles, realizing along the way that traditional employment offered limited opportunities for growth. In 2022, fueled by a desire for autonomy and excellence, he founded A One Detailing. Though the path has been challenging, the rewards have been immeasurable.
